Virtual cards
Speed counts for a lot in this group: a virtual card appears in minutes, can often join a phone wallet, and handles subscriptions, services and foreign shops. Several of them are offered via Telegram bots and small apps.
Order is influenced by fees for issuing and topping up, currency conversion, the services that reject the card, and its behaviour once the balance is spent.
Most providers are young with little documentation, which limits how confidently any of them can be placed. When terms are thin the review says it, and numbers from outside are labelled unofficial.
